A maintenance contract with Xàtiva Technology guarantees your IT systems will be monitored and kept in the best health possible. Inevitably systems fail so a maintenance contract assures you that your systems will be operational within your contractual terms.

Our service contracts are designed to suit your business model whether it is 24 hr cover for business critical equipment or 8 hr response we can deliver the service level agreement you require. Our engineers are trained and certified with the majority of leading manufactures and you will be assigned an engineer with the skills required to resolve your problems.

We offer a range of response times depending on how critical the cover needs to be and in the event of a system failure we can assign loan equipment if the fault cannot be repaired on-site.

Support Team

Once you have placed a fault call to our customer helpdesk and all details have been logged you will be transferred to one of our engineers in the Technical Assistance Centre (TAC).

This support team will first attempt to resolve your problem over the telephone or via remote desktop support (RDS). If a resolution is not possible the support team will diagnose the fault to enable the call to be escalated to a site visit. The support team will order any parts likely to be needed to resolve the problem or order any loan equipment for the visiting engineer to take if the faulty equipment cannot be repaired on your site.
