Xativa Systems is IT company which has been providing solutions to home and business users since 2002. During this time we have been in stable, profitable operation and offer a full spectrum of services from Alarm Systems, to Satellite TV in Spain.
We specialise in providing a friendly, cost-effective service to all our clients business or home users. We enjoy assisting our clients to help make thier lifes and business environment run as soom as possible, but also provide the expertise that advanced users require.
Our Service
We maintain excellent relationships with all our customers. We answer every e-mail promptly and fully answer any questions, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
It is this commitment which sets us apart from our competitors. Of course, we can say what we like here - but please test us out by sending an email or calling us. You'll always speak to someone who can help, and who speaks plain English!
We are also website owners, designers and developers: we use the tools we provide and are always able to usefully respond to any issues you might have with our service. Additionally, the diversity of staff we have gives us the experience to make the best possible suggestions, no matter what your requirements.
Where is Xativa Systems?
We are based in the Valencia region of Spain in a town called Xàtiva also known as Jàtiva.
Our Pricing
We believe our callout service should be accessible to all, and that's why our standard callout fees start at 35,00€ for the first hour and 15,00€ per hour there after plus IVA but this does depened on your location and we always let you know the final price before we do anything.
We hope our pricing is as clear as possible, and what you see is what you pay - unlike some other companies, we don't have any 'small print' or 'hidden charges'.
